Punta Gorda Nature Park Public Meeting

The City of Punta Gorda invites residents to attend a public meeting regarding the proposed improvements to Punta Gorda Nature Park.
Purpose: To discuss the City’s application for a Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant for a potential award of up to $450,000 to fund 1,100 feet of concrete trail construction and replacement of amenities to include a new fishing pier, two new observation decks and a pedestrian bridge.
Your input is valued! Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and provide feedback on the proposed project.

 

La Ciudad de Punta Gorda invita a los residentes a asistir a una reunión pública sobre las mejoras propuestas para el Parque Natural de Punta Gorda.
Propósito: Discutir la solicitud de la Ciudad para una subvención del Programa de Senderos Recreativos, con una posible adjudicación de hasta $450,000 para financiar la construcción de 1,100 pies de sendero de concreto y el reemplazo de amenidades, incluyendo un nuevo muelle de pesca, dos nuevas plataformas de observación y un puente peatonal.
