Safety

Downtown street lighting is mostly restored. Certain fixtures still need bulbs, which staff is installing as resources allow. One section of lighting along US 41 remains offline until the Florida Department of Transportation replaces an electrical panel.

Gilchrist Park lighting is 80% complete. One zone is waiting on a load center repair before the rest can be brought online. The park restrooms are nearly restored and will be operational soon.

The Laishley Park Splash Pad is undergoing one final modification before a Florida Department of Health inspection can be conducted.
