The fee for the following permits shall be :

Electrical permits: $25.00 Pool heat Pump Water Conditioning Equipment Docks, boat lifts and seawalls
Water heater replacement (including solar water heaters)	$50.00
Entry door or overhead door (per door)	$50.00
Storm panels.	$50.00
All other types of opening protection will be permitted by valuation ($50.00 plus $7.00 per thousand, with the electric permit to be issued at $25.00)
Concrete slabs	$100.00
Sheds and fences	$100.00
Irrigation systems	$100.00
Demolition	$100.00
Misc. electrical or plumbing	$100.00
Air conditioning change out (includes single commercial change outs)	$100.00
Pool heat pump. (Electric permit for this to be issued at $25.00)	$100.00

The fee for the following permits shall be priced by valuation - $50.00 plus $7.00 per thousand. the valuation shall be based upon the most recent international code council building valuation tables published on the international code council website. when a bona fide contract showing the agreed payment for construction is submitted to the building official, the fees shall be based upon the anticipated costs. the minimum charge for these permits shall be $200.00:

A separate permit will be required for any standalone parking lot to be constructed. The fee for this permit shall be $50.00. One and two family residential structures are exempt from this permit requirement.

Re-inspection fees Wrong address $50.00 Any type of inspection turned down due to faulty construction $50.00 or code violation Repairs or corrections not made when re-inspection is called $50.00 Work not ready for inspection when called. In the event the $50.00 inspector is unable to complete his work due to premises being locked or unavailable or for other reasons, re-inspection shall be made by special appointment with the inspector, but shall require a re-inspection fee A re-inspection fee may be waived by the Chief Building Official for just cause.
